01.High Automation: Auto running for full process from raw cable to final sections
02.Bobbin is lifted up automatically by 5T screw lift, is clamped by cylinder, easily and quickly loading, labour saving.
03. Adopt magnetic powder clutch brake and ensure tension constant and smooth in cutting process..
04.Closed-loop stepping motor counts the length of cable, length accuracy up to 0.3%.
05.High efficiency :Take Φ13.5mm,weight 420KG 96 core branch optical fiber cable, the cut length is 30m as an example,the average time is 35s each piece.
06.The inner diameter of take up cable reel can be free adjusted, and cable reel can be quickly packed and easily unloaded.
07.Take up unit adopts the bar gathering stand and tension mechanism, the cable is neatly arranged in take up reel.
08.Machine is controlled by PLC+touch screen, one interface can complete the cutting length,quatity and feeding speed settings.The operation is simple and fast.
09.Unique leverage enhancement cutter,shear force up to 1.5T effectively cut large outer diameter cables that can not be cut by hand
