Function
The machine consists of three separate units, a cable pay-off units, a cable auto-cutting and cable length metering unit and a cable take-up unit. Suitable for bigger OD cable cutting, coiling and winding. Cable pay-off unit is equipped with automatic lifting system, especially used for heavy cable reel which manual can not feed loaded
Performance
01.Active tension pay-off unit,feed speed is controlled by the synchronous mechanism of the cable cutting unit. During feeding, tensile force on the cable is no more than the maximum allowable tension.
02.High Length Accuracy: Meter Wheel to count length, no length deviation from cable twist, slip during feeding.
03.High Efficiency:Max feed speed is 3m/s, Less than 25 seconds for remote cable typical length 50m.
04.Easy Operation: Adopt holds operation interface with the humanized touch screen,Opertator can set parameter visually such as length , quatity, speed, etc.
