Unattended Cable Cutting, Coiling and Tying Machine

Function:
For cutting of cable (electric cable or optical fiber cable, unwind the cable from the cable spool, section-cut cable per preset length and quantity, wrap into coil loop and bundle automatically, unload and transfer coil-state cable to the storage rack.
Feature:
01. Feeding: Unwind and feed cable with synchronization sensor to align feeding speed with entire line.
02. Cutter: cable feeding, length metering, section-cut according to preset length.
03. Coiling: cylinder-driven mechanical finger pull cable to rotating structure to fulfil cable-coiling, reserving header and tail with certain length
04. Tying: Mechanical finger grasps the coiled cable into tying station, to bundle cable without loosing.
05. Unloading: Unload finished coil-state cable into the rack at the line end.
06. Soft-touch screen on control panel for easy monitor, manual setting and control.
07. High efficiency and full-automation without dedicated operator.
